Managing a team of 15 people who cover a Discord Partnered Community of over 8600 active members growing rapidly. The Community aims to foster an inclusive and welcoming place for people who enjoy or are interested in D&D.
Participation and design of regular events to aid member engagement and retainment, overseeing the actions of Event Coordinators, and making public announcements to members. Reviewing user feedback and discussion of viewpoints with the Moderation Team. Responsible for everything in the community from information, rules, internal policies, programs, advertisement, growth, member activation, audience, and research power group.
Creation, maintenance, and moderation of 87 text channels, 16 voice channels, 11 categories, and 128 roles. The community has over 25,000 bans, where possible we report to Discord Trust and Safety. Creation of the community website and the ongoing development: https://dungeonslimes.com/
