Finally sorted out a payment processor in a country that - I don't think - had a single local e-commerce option at the time. Bank Audi was willing to work with us, but we had to co-create a solution for not only processing payments but supporting the minimum buyers model of group buying. We ended up having to use two different merchant accounts, where we'd use one before a deal had "tipped" and then route purchasers to a different merchant account after that min buyer level had been reached. This had to do with being able to auth and capture transactions rather than charge and refund where min buyer numbers weren't met.
