Completed an online course

Completed a concise 30min course on how to be more creative at work.

A few key insights that I'd like myself to always remember from this course:
-> Being creative at work is not easy for people because they're already good at something.
-> If we want to be creative, innovative, or even humourous, for that matter, we need to accept we will fail at some point, but it won't stop us from trying it anyway.
-> You need more bad ideas to come up with good ones.
-> Solutions to problems never begin as perfect.
->After you solve a problem, you're not done. If the outcome is not favorable or as good as you'd want it to be, you need to have the will to do it all over again.
-> Responsibility vs Authority
-> Leadership vs Management
-> Destroy the perfect, enable the impossible
-> Enroll in the creative journey so that change doesn't hurt you
-> You need to commit to the problem you're solving, and no matter what happens, it is worth solving.
-> You will only understand a problem better when you try to magnify it.
-> When you learn how to juggle - get better at throwing, the catches will take care of themselves.
-> Imposter Syndrome is real. We need assurance that we're not a fraud. We freeze.
-> When you feel like an imposter, that means you're onto something. You have a shot at doing something that other people can't do. Not everyone knows how to solve a problem with a unique solution. They don't know if it will work. They don't know the right answers. So don't hold yourself back while trying to take the first step towards creativity. No one knows how to do it, but if you try, you can find something new.
