Updated the ol' Hugo custom theme with links to the Hashnode blog which I'll be using going forward. I've yet to decide upon the best course of action here: to post on the Hugo site too, or just have everything redirecting to Hashnode. 

I really enjoyed making this Hugo theme, but I also acknowledge that it's pretty basic in terms of functionality, and pretty limited in terms of blogging discovery.
