During a 6month period managed, supervised and negotiated with a Chinese Licensee the largest single order for our business in China. Lead and built team of legal, engineering, technology transfer & licensing experts. Delivered a contract structure covering co-operation agreements, licence contracts, technology transfer deployment with training, a gap analysis and component supply. Total value ~20M€ now employs ~20 people.
