When a partner approached us about an integration the BizDev team turned to my Community and Partner Engineering team.  Unfortunately the new team lacked experience with this vendor's integration points and we were struggling to meet a launch deadline.

I was able to leverage my experience using the vendor's product previously and drive the implementation of a new feature in CircleCI.
