The "MCA Project" included legacy and current solutions used both by the organisation for its operations and infrastructure used by our customer-facing software products.
Therefore it was important to identify and mitigate any disruption during the process and we transitioned from multiple agreements with Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) to a single Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA), carrying over multiple directories and tenancies with zero downtime 🥳🙌🥂.
