I am currently on a journey to help young tech enthusiasts  in Nigeria launch careers in software development. 

I had no intention of being a Learning and Development specialist, I was working in brand and communications for Genesys Tech Hub, I loved my job because I was quite good at it!
𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱.
I taught tech to tertiary institution staff members. 
My zest for L&D and ability to train has continually improved since. 
I also enjoyed being able to detect skill gaps and recommend training sessions that fixed said gaps.
