On August 12th 2021, I launched a tiny landing page to let people join the waitlist for Koalati's upcoming beta.

I built the landing page the day before, worked on it a bit more in the  morning, and published it in the afternoon!

This also happened to be my first time using Netlify for hosting, which was a great experience!

On May 24th, I published my first book: When in Doubt - Applying the Programmer’s Debugging Mindset to Your Everyday Life.

To be honest, I was scared sh*tless the entire time I was working on this project. I didn't know how people would react to it. I felt like its message was incredibly strong and important, yet I was afraid that others would not perceive it as such. But when I started telling friends and family about the project and letting them read my drafts, it became clear from listening to their feedback that I had to finish what I had started and publish it for the world to read. After a lot of writing, revising, rewriting and polishing, I finally did it: I published a book!

When in Doubt is a short book that encourages you to turn self-doubt into a tool that can be used to your advantage. The concepts that are presented in the book are entirely based on my programming experience. More specifically, I have extracted insights, questions and processes from my debugging methodology in order to create a mindset that can be used to "debug" the aspects of your everyday life that you aren't satisfied with.⁣⁣

Although its origin might seem technical, the book is written in plain English for everyone to understand. However, I am sure that developers and programmers will be more familiar with some of the base concepts. And who knows, it might also improve your debugging skills! 🤓⁣⁣

The book is self-published on Amazon, where it is available as a paperback or as a Kindle e-book. An ePUB version of the e-book is also available on the book's website, at www.whenindoubtbook.com.
