I wrote a wrapup piece with Molly Conger about Sines v. Kessler and the cases presented by both the plaintiffs and the defense. As expected, the defense tried to make the case about free speech, about politics, and about counter-protest, when the case was really about none of those things.

But the Plaintiffs missed the mark sometimes, too, and Judge Moon made some baffling decisions along the way.
