Reflecting on the last two years of running the #CoderDads Community, I have realized that I have made very meaningful friendships and have grown a ton as a developer because of it. 

I would gladly grab a coffee or beer with anybody in the group. 
Its been really supportive, over the next year or so I want to see this grow into a bigger thing outside of just the Slack Channel.
