After conducting some user research I decided to prioritize modifying the homepage and donation page, and create a new page where potential tenants could seek help (as previously you had to call YHP for that information).
Summary of changes:
I simplified their webpage, updated their logo, and created new contact form and donations page to reduce friction of extra click-throughs.
