In my first week on the job, I launched, pitched, and gained approval for a comprehensive content marketing framework spanning a wide range of channels (web, social, PR, brand partnerships, content syndication, and a lot more). This plan is currently being executed by dozens of stakeholders across a large ad agency team spanning the C-suite, marketing leadership, and creative services leadership.
