Sustaining Team Collaboration in a Post-Pandemic World

We had some fun in the Scrum & Wine event last night. We discussed about team collaboration and what are the most important topics to get on board in the office after pandemic(maybe pandemic never will leave).

We were splitted into groups. My group was amazing. I was so honour to share some thoughts with great professionals: Riki Garza, Daniel Plummer and Charles Hutchison.

Scrum Masters have a difficult mission: to maintain team collaboration effective and fluent.

Remote work came to stay with us for long time.
