I’m  really excited about this new project because I can make Scrum again with my team. We've had our Planning meeting and we found out interesting things from the Bank product owner. We have to work on our time-boxed awareness to improve our meetings.

I've found some opportunities to improve that we identify in our last Retrospective meeting.

There is a potential impediment in this project: my team doesn't know SQR language. Hopefully, I've trained people with SQR Basics. before. I'll tackle with training.
