I’m Innovation Director at WorkSafe Victoria, leading a team of 28 people following Teal principles.


I’m also the co-founder of Tilt_Shift, a publication/school/no-BS consulting helping inspire and empower small teams and individuals to realise bold projects inside large organisations.

I have created a series of trainings, called Design Shift for designers who are looking to understand and work better with or inside big organisations.

Occasionally, I speak on topics such as Innovation, Human-Centred Design and 21st Century Leadership.


Now

I have been working with Alex and Cam on a new product called I Like, I Wish. This is an app that allows you to capture qualitative feedback on any product or experience when you want to go beyond the numbers.

The sweet spot we have seen so far is for feedback on workshops, new products that are still being refined and as a complement to lengthy surveys (eg. culture surveys in large organisations). Give it a try, it’s free (for now).
