As a side project, I've been helping cloudbridge update its Azure dependencies. What seemed a small PR became a bit more complex since Azure API changed a lot.

- Update the code to pass tags to snapshots
- Fix bugs when uploading a blob to a storage bucket
- Small refactors
- A lot of manual testing together with Tox
