Added a connector for Gitlab to the Opsdroid project.
This was the first open source project that I contributed and have been contributing since - it's been nearly 6 years.
At work, we use Opsdroid for a few things and want to automate some things such as pinging on slack when an MR is ready for review. Adding the Gitlab connector will allow us to do that fairly easily!
