Onboarding is usually a tough topic in most companies, especially in big corporates with a wide set of information.
I have been working on the improvement of the internal onboarding process at the VW Digital: Lab. We have created a simple onboarding companion tool that will support the new joiners during the first months at the lab, with personalization for each position in the lab.

- How much information is digestible per time?
- With which frequency do we communicate with the new joiners?
- How do we present the content/info to be interesting?
Even though it is just an MVP, we already observed substantial improvements! We will keep evolving it in the next months.
