Have been working on reshaping the Discovery Process with my last client, Flaconi, starting from internal user research - users meant as the product department and product stakeholders - to problem definition, and brainstorming solutions. As a result, we proposed a discovery process toolbox including Problem and Solution Space, with guidelines, playbooks, and supporting documentation.
