Redesigned intern interviewing process
At OnlineDoctor, you don’t have to write coding tests under time pressure. If I were to do that, the unspoken message with it would be something like „Be prepared to join a hell of project management, where you will regularly have to do you work under (time) pressure.“ A situation like this should be the exception, not the rule. Think carefully what message you transport when conducting a job interview. Participants will read between the lines, but they won’t tell you, they’ll just cancel.
