I'm a mix between a graphic designer and a web developer.
In things related to web design(develop I've experience with HTML5, CSS3, a little bit of Javascript for web interactions, CSS processors like SASS or SCSS, and distributed version control systems like Github or Gitlab.
I have also worked a lot with Wordpress and on big projects within frameworks like Angular or libraries like React creating UI components and setting style guides for entire projects, etc. In the other hand, I've worked with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and recently Figma.
