This week I led a training session on project management for two days. This included a short input on Scrum, Design Thinking and Kanban. Once again it was great to see how communication was valued by most as the key to successful project management. 

Precise and constructive communication is something that no tool can replace and yet is often overlooked when it comes to project management. Sometimes a simple but well planned phone call is much more effective than trying to integrate as much information as possible into complex software. So the application of psychological knowledge matters when working together on projects.
