I wanted to define the marketing strategy. So, I did some research to know more about the personas and it helped me outlined the GTM strategy:

  • Where we're now. How many customers we have, who they are, and where we fall in the competitive landscape.
  • Where we want to go. Marketing goals, objectives, and KPIs, who the target audience is, positioning, projects, and channels.

Defining OKRs

I wanted to keep it simple.

  1. Write down the goal,
  2. Set a time period,
  3. Assign 2-3 Key Results or measurable objectives that we can track.

A good objective communicates what we're doing and why. It describes an outcome that needs to be reached, and that's measurable.
