My intent for it is to be a package and dependency manager for CodeIgniter.
Admittedly, the wrong choice was made for its CLI too.
With Code Igniter 4 now the standard, I've decided to re-engineer the system and correct my past mistakes.

Nevertheless, I have big hopes for the project.
