I reduce friction between the moving parts of an organization's structural composition. 

Some processes are broken and should be discarded. 

Some processes are vanity and should never exist in the first place. 

Processes should be designed for the people closest to your customer, not to achieve a dashboard for your executives to look at and cast judgement upon.
