You can wake me up in the middle of the night to pass my experiences and enthusiasm to the next generation. In other words, I'm doing stuff that motivates me intrinsically and I pass it on to others.

These combinations take form in (1) my daily job as a software developer at Betty Blocks and mentoring kids at the Coderdojo, plus my education to become a computer science teacher via the "Aan de Slag voor de Klas" program of the UvA Amsterdam and in (2) running at athletics club Hylas and coaching talented young athletes at that same club.
