My career is devoted to bringing modern technologies to non-technology companies and leading digital transformation. 

The first challenging project I managed was the city-wide Towing Software development in 2013. I also developed a contactless fare payment system for airports' rail link services, which later scaled to the entire transport system. Working on these products with the city government taught me to think about the whole system to achieve a successful outcome, not only about the software.

Having seen this complicated project through to its completion, I was now armed to strike out on my own to found a small software development company, focusing on processes consulting and developing BI-systems. While I constructed analytics systems for customers, I also built strong relationships with my clients and proved my ability to transform company operations and adapt to industry-specific challenges. This led to PIK Group recruiting me for their in-house team. 

During my time at PIK Group, the largest homebuilder and construction technology company in Europe, I tackled the challenge of building a competent team to support the company's modernization and scaling. I co-founded PIK Digital, a software development subsidiary, and grew the team size from 40 to 560. Focusing on hiring talented people and using my technology skills allowed us to build a company that changed every business inside PIK Group holding: building design, manufacturing, construction, real estate development, marketing and sales, and property management. Moreover, our SaaS-products were so groundbreaking that PIK Digital started selling them beyond the corporation. Also, my collaborations built the company's reputation, which led to the partnership with Google Cloud.

Having made this impact, I am ready for greater challenges. I can build professional teams, manage large companies and transform any business by bringing in modern proactive improvements. I'm focused on advancing my career to an international scale in CTO or COO positions to further my positive impact on the world.
