When I spoke about daily habits at a conference I was invited to as the wellness expert, I was asked about the most important habit to develop. 

After thinking about it for a bit, I came up with 3 habits that I believe are the foundation for success. 

The first habit is to wake up every morning with a clear goal in mind. Once you know what you want, it is much easier to work towards it.

The second one is to mull over it with eyes closed, connect with your breath and imagine it working out the way you want it to. 

Would it work exactly like that each time? 

Nope.

But will give you the confidence and workarounds if required to get there, and don't forget the mental tenacity.

The third one is to MOVE. It could be a workout, dance , walk, run and anything else you might enjoy. It further armors you with the confidence and physiological benefits as well.
