Do you have 10 minutes in the morning?

Absolutely honored and privileged to have run the #nohacksjusthabits workshop last night at Aimz Fitness , Auckland.

They had reached out as their clients wanted to instill lifelong HABITS as they were SICK of short term fads.

We went through a couple of movements( asanas) and breathing techniques that they could incorporate in their morning routine lasting 8-10 minutes.

We followed that up by a 5 minutes relaxing guided meditation session.

Everyone left the room 40 minutes later full of energy and vitality & a feeling of learning something new with action items.

That's WHY I say, wellness shouldn't be PRESCRIPTIVE but EDUCATIONAL.
