I am a Change Catalyst & Strategic Advisor who works at the intersection of design, disruption, education and innovation. Leveraging over 20 years of international commercial experience combined with over 5 years building human-centred approaches across people, culture and systems, I support senior leaders as a 1-1 Thinking Partner, supports teams as a human-centred workshop facilitator, is a keynote speaker and podcast host and have acted as an advisor to two tech startups.

I am also in the process of co-creating the Human Exponential Organisation (HEXO), a design approach to unleash our intersectonality and toe design in line with nature and community.
