It can be dangerous to recommend things - sometimes peoples tastes are very different but I want to shout out a few books which have either helped to shape my career or blow my mind after [insert number of years here] :-)

Inspired by Marty Cagan - everyone should be passionate about their customers and product. Experimentation is a way of life not a luxury in business.
Clean Architecture by Uncle Bob. Re-challenge some of your engineering ideas and most importantly understand that a structured monolith is not a swear word.
Refactoring Databases. One day you're going to be faced with a legacy or monolith project and one day you'll need this in your kitbag.
