Coached an Executive
Everyone is stressed right now but perhaps no more so than our friends who work in healthcare.

Had a powerful coaching session with an executive team of a medical non-profit reminding them that keeping their mission and vision at the forefront of their employee's minds is more important now than ever.

When the stress and ongoing grind seem to feel overwhelming, we have to remind people why their contributions are so valuable and the impact that they are having on customers, community, and each others as peers and teammates.

Spoke at a conference
Had a great time talking to the Marion Area Entrepreneur's Council on Being a Salesperson Without Feeling Like "That Salesperson".

We talked about the limiting beliefs that stop us from demonstrating effective sales behaviors and connecting with others.

Creative, introverts at times can feel like they may come across like the dreaded "used car salesman". But we helped them see that their natural behavior tendencies actually allow them to be seen as the ideal salesperson; if they are willing to initiate contact.

Coached an Executive Team Leader
Made good progress with a large leadership team in helping them address conflict more directly.

We practicied identifying the root causes of conflict.

We identified 5 strategies for resolving conflict and how if you are you using the same style all the time that you are doing it wrong.

We also practiced specific tactics we can take during those discussions to deal with emotions and keep driving towards positive resolutions.

Retaining your People when the Talent Pool is Shallow

That was the topic for the Ohio Providers Resource Assocation today.

Everyone is struggling to hire good people. We shared some depressing data on US Labor statistics that shows that the struggle is real and is not going away in the next decade.

So we talked about the best ways you can keep the people you already have because they are the best chance to keep your organization growing.
