Held our second Discussion Zone program with a girls soccer team. It was amazing to see how engaged the teenage players were in discussing their behavior tendencies and communication strategies.

We were able to have a breakthrough where the coach was able to share about a time where she was criticized by a couple of team leaders. You could see that it was the first time that the players had realized that their Manager had feelings of doubt and insecurity just like they do.
