- Invited keynotes Eric Snow, Lorena Mesa, Mariatta Wijaya and Audrey Tang
- Set up multi-language chatrooms to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Over 50+ speakers, 8 tracks including Community & Health track where Health Specialists were invited to provide welfare talks for the community.
