We were an office-first startup, but I had a bad feeling about the covid-19 news spreading around, so we moved quickly and sent everyone home.

To the best of my knowledge, we were the first Mexican company to sent everyone home and we never came back.

We defined the new policies as a team, productivity remained the same at the beginning and improved after a couple of months.

We also made our first outside-Mexico hires.
