Designed a Notion Workspace
Created a mind map
Ideation exercise
+ 1
I made a plan to organize documentation using the Notion.

📍Organize files for synchronization in projects with asynchronous communication.

📍 Track progress and planning tasks and surveys.

📍 Transform documentation to better align remote team members.

🎯 View the workspace information architecture.

🎯 Learn to create custom workspaces with relational databases.

🎯 Present textual and search-friendly information.

🏁 Organized information.

🏁 Easy to find links and data that get lost in chat and meetings.

🏁 More economical, because it's much faster to change editable texts than prototypes or codes.

Attended an industry event
With the design team, presentations and provocations about our place as designers, which are a lot of ideas that I study and like to deep dive.

Some inspirational quotes:

"Designers do not see the world as a fixed canvas. They are an optimistic bunch, who see the world as a range of possibilities that can be crafted and bent to our will." Timothy Morey

"Design is applied ethics. Sometimes this connection is obvious: if you design razor wire, you’re saying that anyone who tries to contravene someone else’s right to private property should be injured. But whatever the medium or material, every act of design is a statement about the future." Cennyd Bowles

We also had dynamics related to the future of design, where we were able to meet more teammates, exchange ideas and knowledge. One of the impactful presentations on the future of design was attended by Gil Giardelli, putting several mindblowings on radical innovation, network society, human collaboration, creative economy, digital, artificial intelligence, future studies, including metaverse and other related topics.

Diversity in tech
Participating in a talk with consultant and activist Mafoane Odara in Black Talks, one of the most important brazilian voices in the debates on diversity, equity and inclusion of gender and race in the corporate world.

The psychologist has a master's degree in Psychology from the University of São Paulo, columnist, researcher, and today acts as human resources leader for Latin America at Meta. Mafoane usually defines herself as a bridge builder and collector of good questions.

In addition, it promotes reflections on the challenges faced by women in the areas of confronting violence, motherhood, career and institutional policy. It is worth remembering that the activist participated in the last edition of Expert, on the panel: "Diversity We Are All".

Became a beta tester
Usability testing
Beta tester remote
I sent feedbacks after doing the remote usability test on Wonderpath about interaction and experience. The product is in private beta and is an amazing way to be able to share goals and also get feedback on where we can improve is essential in our professional career.

The tool assists in planning to set goals, collect advice and build action plans. Designed for multiple user profiles because you can use it individually no matter where you work.

Very cool to have participated for the first time as a beta tester remotely :)
