Participating in a talk with consultant and activist Mafoane Odara in Black Talks, one of the most important brazilian voices in the debates on diversity, equity and inclusion of gender and race in the corporate world.

The psychologist has a master's degree in Psychology from the University of São Paulo, columnist, researcher, and today acts as human resources leader for Latin America at Meta. Mafoane usually defines herself as a bridge builder and collector of good questions.

In addition, it promotes reflections on the challenges faced by women in the areas of confronting violence, motherhood, career and institutional policy. It is worth remembering that the activist participated in the last edition of Expert, on the panel: "Diversity We Are All".
