I work as the Global Head Digital Capability, Novartis in our global HQ in Basel, Switzerland, supporting a brilliant team that helps all our associates embrace Digital; from building skills and capability in Data Science and AI, new ways to develop and validate ideas, and deliver innovation, to how teams approach and share their work.
 
My background is in 'innovation' (i.e. new ideas...), software, learning and behavioural science. Before I joined Novartis, I founded and ran a learning technologies startup, and I have an MSc in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics.
