I'm passionate about optimizing application performance, building teams and developing PerfOps capabilities for businesses of all sizes. To accomplish so, I focus on client needs, team building and empowerment, cultural adaptation, and being open to new insights.

Throughout my career in consulting, engineering, and management, I have held a variety of positions and worked in a variety of industries. The following are some of the things my personal and professional experiences have taught me about myself: 

I can effectively collaborate with businesses to assist them optimize their applications and raise revenue from $45 million to $240 million.

Co-wrote an IBM Redbook on "Performance and Capacity Implications for Big Data," as well as the eBook "Introduction to Blockchain." I'm also a member of the Global Skill Development Council's Blockchain Advisory Board and an AWS Community Builder Program participant.
