Today I am making plans to tackle emerging and expected problems of scale. Some thoughts:
- The intersection of human and software processes are the trickiest
- Process exceptions are more problematic than their intrinsic value. However, we are a company that promises a certain amount of customization and a human-centered approach. This means we need to maintain the human touch and flexibility as we scale.
Identifying the key customizations and human-centric points is going to be essential here.
