Hua Szu Yang coaches current and retired knowledge workers on self-expression. She facilitates and speaks with organizations on creativity, play, joy, heart-centered leadership, and difficult emotions. 

She is a gratitude dealer, actress, and forever pupil of holistic fitness, with a background in technology product management. With dear collaborators, she built products that bridged online and offline experiences, such as three-dimensional visualization of physical space, online delivery of hip hop music for classroom teachers to use across 25000 schools, real-time intelligence for sales representatives meeting customers around the world, and mobile solutions for small businesses to deposit check payments. Having navigated fields including software, finance, real estate, and education, she enjoys new perspectives and interdisciplinary approaches. 

She volunteers for Women Who Code, a mental health counseling service, a community serving those first in their family to attend university, and a disaster relief group. She studied economics, psychology, and Chinese at Harvard University.
