I’m super excited because it’s my finally my first day as an iOS developer at Apple! Since I can’t go into an office yet, my first day pic(s) will have to be from when I visited that sign in 2008, 2015 and 2017.

I say “finally” because I’ve probably wanted to work at Apple since the original iPhone was released, and I’ve interviewed a total of 4 different times before finally getting an offer.

I’m super excited because I’ll be joining the ranks of so many talented developers, many of whom I’ve met at conferences and some who I just randomly follow on Twitter (or I just get their tweets because everyone retweets them).

Also, whenever anyone mentions the “Apple event” on Twitter today I’m just gonna assume they’re talking about my first day of employment (#appleevent). I haven’t really been following that news since I’ve been setting up all the boring stuff that goes with a new job this morning.

Thanks to everyone who's supported me on this journey. I'm hoping to do some cool stuff here.
