Taking inspiration from the revitalized EU4 to Vic2, releases are back! This first one brings the converter to full compatibility with HoI4 1.8.2 (Man the Guns). Yes, I know that's rather behind, and work is beginning for 1.9 (La Résistance) compatibility. As it's been a long time since the last release, no patch notes this time.
