As a Military Musician, both ex regular and current reservist, I've played as far away as Hong Kong and as close as just down the road and I've met all royalty (even Princess Diana but, sadly, not the Queen's Mother)

I've played at prestigious events and "why the hell are we here?" events.  I did enjoy playing at the Royal Albert Hall though (but I got a bit lost in the underground tunnel system there)
