As part of the coursework of The Big Agency unit at The Manchester Metropolitan University, (a unit where we establish and work in a classroom-based agency), I was part of a team- The Execs- whose challenge was to change consumer perceptions of a shower toilet, the Geberit AquaClean (GAC), from Geberit due to a greater understanding, as well as change its current strapline.

Through research and by doing a competitor analysis, social media audit, customer acquisition plan and personas creation, we brainstormed and created this video to show our client - 9ycreative- our recommendations.
1) Create a more personal and relatable strapline,
2) Introduce influencers as part of Geberit’s campaigns,
3) Bring the original Swiss essence to the brand and
4) Introduce sustainability as a conducting wire to the product, appealing to a personal change that leads to a greater impact.
