Defining our townhall PAD framework

One thing I've been wanting to put together is a product alignment framework and team cohesion workshop that is called a "Town-hall". A FIGJAM exercise workshop that involves all departments joining in a 60-minute session to ideate and discuss three critical areas of focus. "Goals, Concerns, and Ideas" to focus on areas that may get overlooked when working on our backlog and weekly tasks / sprints.
