I lead challenging yet compassionate workshops and talks which create thriving racial and cultural inclusion, equity and belonging in organizations and communities.

 

Shaped by my background, my #1 priority is dissolving the harm that Black, as well as Non-Black people experience because of racism and the hierarchical structure of the dominant culture.  

 

I also serve as the Co-Director of a nonprofit grassroots organization, Compassionate Atlanta, where I delight in loving on my diverse and eclectic community and where I am is the most comfortable in my own skin.
