Landman, et al
When it comes to minerals and subsurface, I've done a little bit of everything.
As an oil and gas land professional with nearly 14 years of experience, I've held various jobs including field landman, multiple in-house land professional positions, and mineral manager for family offices.
The majority of my experience has been in the Permian, but I've spent time in other plays, including Oklahoma.
My greatest assets are my persistence, attention to detail, and problem solving and analytical skills, which come in handy when making sense of complex HBP title, division order interests, leases, and other agreements.
Communication is crucial in the land professional world. I have experience explaining complicated issues to a variety of audiences, including title attorneys, mineral owners, operators, and team members in other departments.
My hobbies include reading and writing, where I sometimes make up silly stories in second person about the anxiety you feel when the tire pressure light shows up on your dashboard. (Let me know if you want ot read it; I'll send you a free PDF!)
