THOTCON is an American hacker conference that is organized by Nicholas J. Percoco, Matt Jakubowski, Jonathan Tomek, John Mocuta, David "VideoMan" Bryan, and several other OPERs. It is held in Chicago, Illinois United States at a somewhat different Top Secret location each year.
